Even those involved in trying to curb youth gang violence are afraid of becoming victims of its sudden terror. “The Interruptors” follows two men and a woman in the inner city of Chicago who put their fears aside to do what it takes to help end the gang wars. This is a blunt, raw look at what compassion and direct action can mean in the lives of damaged and alienated youth.
