Jeff Zaslow, a columnist for the Wall Street Journal, wrote about life transitions and authored several books including 'The Last Lecture' with Randy Pausch. This moving TEDx talk shows us how to find strength and empowerment during life's transitions and reminds us how important it is for us to do the little things that count - things like telling our children we love them. Zaslow died unexpectedly in a car crash in February 2012 while promoting his latest book: "The Magic Room: A Story About the Love We Wish for Our Daughters."
