This week marks the passing of Stephen Covey, motivational speaker, corporate consultant, and author of the popular self-help book, "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People." We honor Mr. Covey with a clip summarizing his "8th Habit", something he called "finding one's voice." To go beyond "effectiveness" - to achieve greatness - Mr. Covey says one must fully integrate mind, body, heart, and spirit.

    This is one of my favorite stories, introducing the paradigm shift. There were so MANY ways this man inspired my life. 7 Habits for Highly Effective People is dog-eared and filled with notes and highlights. It remains one of my all time favorite books.
