Is it ORGANIC? I hope so; they've come so far. Without organic you have pesticides. I feel so sad that so much natural healthy food in this country begins its life with pesticides and goes on to become over-cooked and burdened by excess sugar and salt that most of what we buy in the supermarket has lost its vitality and nutrient value. I hope organic farms will spread and nourish us all like this model is trying to do.
