In a world driven by the abundance of things, we sometimes forget the simple things in life – like a mother's love for her family. Tharangani Priyanka Perera is as selfless as they come. She lives on the streets of Colombo with her husband Sujith JL and their two children Sasinda and Senura. Each night they sleep outside a tailor's shop, while they spend their day on beach. Materially, they do not have much, but instead, they have decided to spend each waking day with a smile and their love for each other. Tharangani and her family have reminded us that it is the simple things in this world that matter.
