Artistic expression is "a process of learning and exploration," says stained-glass sculptor Andrew Kosorok. Kosorok is a Christian, encountering Islam through an exploration and expression of the Qur'an's ninety-nine names of god. "Each work is a record of my endeavor to comprehend other people through the symbols they use," he says. "Through participating in this process of learning, we can begin to appreciate the desires others have to find placement in the world and their aspirations for the future."
