The little girl sat with eyes downcast, tears in her eyes, as her equally somber parents sat alongside her. Chase Burch was in trouble, but not the way one assumes. Diagnosed with megaloblastoma, a hard-hitting brain cancer, Chase had just undergone her first round of chemotherapy. Too sick to attend the Mormon Tabernacle Choir’s tour performance, Chase asked to meet just a few members in their hotel room. But the Burch family was in for a surprise! Choir members assembled around them in the lobby and regaled Chase and her family with a private concert, including the hymn "A Child's Prayer", which Chase’s father sang to her after her surgery. There was not a dry eye in the house, as the choir’s beautiful gift comforted Chase and strengthened her faith during her difficult battle.
