A film by Zito Colaço.

Watch how this Portuguese photographer, Luis (Zito) Colaço, was influenced by nature's beauty and interconnectedness. Through many walks amongst trees his depression eased and he was able to pick up his camera again, ultimately starting the project, Love Trees.

Sacred Sound in Sacred Space, a co-creative experience facilitated by Jill Conway and Mark Trevis, gathers people together in the majesty of the forest and other locations to sing, to sound and to listen deeply. We open our hearts and souls to connect with the land, with each other and with peace. We invite exploration and discovery of the human voice, in it's full range of expression from beautiful tones and songs, to laughter and spontaneous sonic landscapes; be they fiery/cool, intense/soft, primal/complex. We invite all to come play and cocreate with us in laughter, joy, and song. Come and express your magnificence!! https://www.facebook.com/groups/sacredsounds/

Zito's pictures (to me) capture the unconditional love that Trees (and all of nature) willingly offer us, if we only take the time to allow that love to enter. Thank you KT for sharing. It is a good reminder that a forest, a park, a beach, a garden (even a flowershop) are places one can go, especially when you feel that there is no place to go.
