Two young men, Adam and Nicholas, traversed the United States over the course of a year, interviewing more than 300 people and traveling more than 6,000 miles, asking people what makes them happy. Many people, including a woman who directs a food pantry, said that making someone else happy is what makes them happy. Others talk about how happiness and gratitude go hand in hand. Even in dark times, as in the case of a Mom whose son has brain cancer, the people in the video reach out to lend a helping hand to others and in the process feel happier themselves. You are sure to smile at these happy people and what they share about happiness.
