In the fast-paced world we inhabit today, we all feel the pressure to succeed - to be the perfect mother, a perfect friend, to be a boss or leader... But then what? In a 2015 survey by a British spa, nearly half the women responded feeling moderately or extremely stressed, with a shocking 40%  feeling they were about to burn out. How can we let go of all this pressure every now and again? The women in this video reflect on what they would do if they could do it all over again and offer some sage advice on how to simply "be."
