A film by Tim O'Donnell.

On the cusp of becoming young men, this Pee Wee Football team took a stand for their friend Danny Keefe - a 6 year old optimist with a speech disorder. After a high fever at birth compromised the speech centers in his brain, Danny surpassed the developmental expectations of doctors. Though his words were still difficult to decipher, he embraced all that life could offer him, including wearing a suit coat and fedora every day even while being the water coach for the Bridgewater Badgers Pee Wee Football team. Without reserve, the team loved him right back like a band of brothers. For the adults watching this story, there are multiple lessons to be learned. For Danny, he has discovered the freedom of being loved for who he is and holds onto that lesson every day. In his own words, Danny says, “The people on the football team have my back. Always.”
