For many, this question is fraught with difficulties, because the answer may be complicated. In this TED talk, author Taiye Selasi deconstructs the notion of "country" and "nation" - after all, countries have disappeared, appeared, and contracted and expanded. Then, how do you define yourself? Selasi gives us a three-step test to determine where you are local.

    Very true. Simple fact. Countries, boundaries are man made and indicative of power. Much violence will be saved if we can just realise that and open our boundaries and hearts to each other.
