Festival Museo Libre is a short documentary about the artists who organized a graffiti festival near Bogotá, Colombia in 2015. The month-long festival brings together over a hundred artists who cover the walls of their barrio, Ciudad Bolivar, with large murals. The mission of their art is to change the image of the neighborhood, often seen as a dangerous place, to one of safety, community and creativity.
