Reshma Saujani has a vision of a world in which girls are taught to take risks, embrace failure, and, as a result, change the world with their brilliance. In this TED talk, she shares how she learned to be brave and imperfect herself, and how teaching other girls to do the same will benefit everyone. Saujani is the founder of Girls Who Code, which teaches more than 40,000 young girls across the United States how to explore and be comfortable with imperfections so that they, too, can contribute their light to the world.
