What began as an informal project at the Cedar Creek Corrections Center in 2003 is now the Sustainability in Prisons Project, a partnership between Evergreen State College and the Washington State Department of Corrections to bring education, sustainable practices and science projects to the inmates in all 12 prisons in Washington State. This video highlights some of the projects at the Stafford Creek Corrections Center that connect the inmates there with the outside world, but intellectually and physically.
