In the United Kingdom Anti Bullying Week is an annual event that began in 2004. In the third week of November participating organizations engage in a series of activities aimed at reducing bullying. Studies have shown that children respond better to being told what they should do, as opposed to focusing solely on what they should not do. In this video, staff at St Michael's primary school in Cambridge describe how they flipped the focus from bullying to kindness.
