You are never too old to follow your dreams and accomplish your goals, especially with something as important as getting an education. 69-year-old Durge Kami of Nepal was born into a poor family and was unable to travel the long distance to get a formal education as a child. However, he is now pursuing his education, even though he is the oldest in his class. He walks to and from school, even though this takes him an hour and a half to two hours each way. He plays volleyball and football (soccer) at recess with the other students. Though education was not valued when he was younger, he now sees its importance and wants to continue to study so he can show others the power of will and hope.
