Recently the media has been full of stories reporting damage humans have done to our planet. We hear about climate change, greenhouse gases, droughts, and the poisoning of our water as well as our land. All of this can make us feel helpless to change things. In 1990 the Hart family purchased a 1,500 acre farm and began the process of healing their corner of the world. Through sustainable farming practices they are doing their part to "restore paradise."
