With eloquent words provided by the poet Savon Bartley and haunting visuals of Mother Nature, this video by Lisa Russell is a collaboration of the artist initiative I Sell the Shadow. It allows us to hear the daily cries of our earth in response to lack of care and respect. "If you ask her how to make her stop, she'll tell you, ride a bike, hold my hand, put the lights off... Stop moving so fast you're going to miss everything I made for us... Treat me like you would treat your mother, Like I'm the only one you'll ever have."
