When darkness comes and fear threatens to engulf us, we all need someone to stand by us, to help us to keep the fear at bay. In the case of an angry and seemingly isolated young man, Eric, the people who stand by him in a time of trouble are quite unexpected. They include a group of teens forming a band with a whole lot of optimism and not much else, a relative and another elder who provide needed mentoring, and the broader local community who respond with resounding applause and support at the end of this uplifting video.
