He teaches them to be grateful and wants them to meditate. But Prof. Srikumar Rao's isn't a spiritual teacher: he teaches at some of the world's top business schools! In his gentle voice, he asks them to stop living in a "me centered" world and start living in an "other centered" one. At a recent gathering, Professor Rao addressed the idea of 'mental models' that keep us from succeeding. I would love to watch this video but it keeps setting itself to 'HD on' which means I only get to hear 1.5 seconds at a time between multi-seconds of download. When I turn off HD, I see the whole intro section again. Is this my browser? I am accessing this at my office, which has broadband access. I deeply desire to hear his message; any help would be welcome.

Professor Rao affirmed and confirmed the Mental Model I have been using in my life. When I slip out of it and use the If---and then-- model I expereince what he describes in his talk. I am very grateful to Professor Rao for reminding me and reaffirming the right way of thinking and living. Shifting the paradigm is not easy but it is essential to do it we care for happiness-ours and others. Professor Jagdish P Dave

Great video and wonderful tools for happiness. It needs to be edited because his lecture repeats itself on the babies walking.
