What is Hip Hop? Kool Herc founded Hip Hop as a way to reach kids in his South Bronx community - to provide a creative and positive outlet to promote peace and unity to counter gang and street life. "Kids Helping Kids' is an after school program designed to teach humanity through Hip Hop and give the kids a unique opportunity to give to other children in Africa and Haiti.
