15-yr old Rachel Kroener has never let cerebral palsy stop her from achieving anything. In 2012, Rachel was named U.S. Paralympic Female Field Athlete of the Year. In addition to track, Rachel plays wheelchair basketball, which has given her more independence and opportunities than she could have imagined. Rachel’s dream is to compete in the Paralympics for wheelchair basketball.
