A film by negative altitude.

We all know we should not litter. And yet, in many places around the world, public littering is commonplace. People simply do not think; they are too self-absorbed to be bothered about their impact on the way others experience public space. In this film, one man and one piece of chalk illustrate the extent of the problem and create a visual reminder for all to treat our common environment with respect.
