In Colombia, salsa dancers Reynaldo Ojeda and Claudia Lopez have become a YouTube phenomenon--and an inspiration. Why? Reynaldo uses one leg and a crutch. Wowing crowds on rooftops and dance clubs and at school assemblies, Reynaldo muses, "I'm no longer that disabled person, but a living example of self-improvement."
